Do it in game on the server you want. You get a private link just for you.
Click and allow your mic.
The page opens and asks for your microphone. You can also join just to listen.
Just play.
Players within about 40 blocks hear you. Keep the tab open while you play.
Good to know: voice goes straight between players' browsers, so players near you can technically see your internet address. If that bothers you, skip voice. Headphones work best because they stop echo. Rules still apply in voice, and staff can remove anyone from it.
