Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms apply to services operated by the ToastyCraft community operator at toastycraft.com, including ToastyCraft Forums, the external storefront, and related Minecraft community features. Contact the operator at toastycraft.support@gmail.com.

By creating an account or using community features, you agree to follow these terms and the rules presented for the relevant service. Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use those features.

ToastyCraft is an independent community and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang, Microsoft, Google, Discord, or Tebex. Their services are subject to their own terms.

2. Eligibility and account security

Forum accounts and community account features are for users aged 13 or older, or the higher minimum age required where they live. If you are below the age of legal adulthood, use these services with the permission and involvement of a parent or guardian where required. Purchases require any authorization required by Tebex and applicable law.

Provide accurate information where it is required, use only accounts you own or are authorized to use, and keep your sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Email/password, Google, and Discord login are supported account options. Linking a provider does not grant staff permissions, a Minecraft rank, or proof that you own a particular Minecraft account. Forum-to-Minecraft linking is not currently enabled.

3. Community conduct

Follow posted server, forum, and Discord rules and reasonable moderation instructions. Do not:

• Harass, threaten, discriminate against, impersonate, or expose private information about others.
• Post unlawful material, sexual content involving minors, scams, malware, spam, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
• Steal accounts, bypass access controls, exploit security vulnerabilities, disrupt services, or abuse login, voting, store, or reward systems.
• Cheat, evade punishments, or abuse game exploits contrary to the server's rules.
• Publish passwords, payment details, private support records, or other people's sensitive personal information.

Report security problems privately to support. Do not publicly post exploit instructions or private account details in bug reports.

4. Posts and other content

You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You give ToastyCraft a non-exclusive permission to host, store, display, format, back up, and moderate that content as needed to operate and protect the service. This permission does not transfer ownership of your work.

Only submit content you have the right to share. Public discussions, usernames, and avatars may be read, linked, quoted, or indexed by others once public access is enabled. Do not assume that deleting a post removes copies held by other people or services.

The team may edit, move, restrict, remove, or anonymize content to enforce rules, protect privacy, respond to valid requests, or maintain discussions. Contact support about content removal or account deletion; the Privacy Policy explains the request process.

5. Store purchases and digital packages

Tebex Limited is the merchant of record for store purchases. Checkout, payments, billing, taxes, refunds, and payment disputes are handled under Tebex's applicable purchase terms and privacy policy. These community terms supplement those terms; they do not replace them or limit mandatory consumer rights.

Review the package description, Minecraft username, price, currency, discounts, and final checkout total before paying. Digital ranks, coins, keys, and other packages provide the benefits described at purchase. They are not an investment, do not grant ownership of the server, and are not guaranteed to have cash resale value.

Sales, coupons, cumulative rank upgrades, and gift cards are subject to the eligibility, exclusions, balances, and conditions shown by the store and Tebex checkout. The final checkout total and disclosed conditions apply; not all offers can be combined or applied to every package.

Purchases do not exempt an account from moderation rules. Fulfillment may depend on the server being available, the correct account information, and applicable delivery conditions. For missing benefits or incorrect rank delivery, contact ToastyCraft support with the relevant transaction reference, without posting payment information publicly.

For billing, refund, gift-card payment, or payment-dispute questions, use Tebex customer support. Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable purchase terms and law; no blanket waiver of refund rights is imposed by this page.

6. Moderation and appeals

The team may restrict content, suspend accounts, or limit access when reasonably needed to enforce rules, investigate abuse, protect users, or comply with law. Serious or urgent safety issues may require action without advance notice.

Selected server punishment records appear on the Bans page. To appeal, follow the appeal instructions on the Help page or use the official Discord community. Store payment issues follow Tebex's support process.

7. Availability and changes

The website, forums, game server, and integrations may be interrupted for maintenance, outages, updates, or security work. Features, game balance, and community rules may change. The team does not promise uninterrupted access or permanent availability of every feature.

Material changes affecting purchased benefits will be handled consistently with the applicable purchase terms and mandatory rights. These terms do not permit cancellation of rights that cannot legally be waived.

Services are provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that every feature will always be error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. External services

Google, Discord, Tebex, voting sites, Minecraft/Microsoft, and other linked services operate independently. You are responsible for reviewing their terms when using them. ToastyCraft cannot control their availability, policies, account decisions, or handling of information.

9. Changes to these terms

Revisions will be posted here with an updated date. Material changes will be announced through an appropriate website or forum notice, with additional notice or agreement where required. Changes do not override existing purchase terms or mandatory legal rights.
