How do purchases reach my account?
Choose Java or Bedrock in the store and enter the account you play with. Pay through Tebex. Your purchase is delivered in-game after payment. Contact staff if it’s delayed.
Can Bedrock players use the store?
Choose Bedrock Edition at store login and enter your Xbox gamertag. The store adds the dot prefix and replaces spaces with underscores: Zunista → .Zunista, or My Gamertag → .My_Gamertag. You can also enter your exact dot-prefixed server name. Join ToastyCraft once before purchasing and check the recipient name in your basket. If your Bedrock account is linked to Java, choose Java and use the name shown on the server. Purchases apply to the selected server account; separate Java and Bedrock accounts do not automatically share purchases.
Are ranks permanent, and can they be upgraded?
Check the product description for duration and upgrade terms. Tebex determines eligibility and upgrade credit.
What can Coins be used for?
Spend Coins in the in-game shop. Product descriptions list quantities and delivery details. Coins have no cash redemption value.
What is inside each crate?
Check the key’s product description and in-game crate preview for rewards before purchasing.
How do gift cards and coupons work?
Apply a coupon or gift-card code in your basket. Tebex checks eligibility and emails gift-card codes after payment; codes can be shared. Pay any remaining balance at checkout. Gift cards are store credit, separate from Coins.
Where is payment processed?
Tebex’s secure checkout shows the final price, taxes, discounts, and purchase terms.
