Privacy Policy
How ToastyCraft handles information across the website, forums, Minecraft community, and store.
Effective October 16, 2026 · Last updated October 16, 2026
Account information helps you sign in and participate. Posts and public profile details can be seen by others. Google and Discord login are optional. Tebex operates checkout. For privacy questions or deletion requests, email toastycraft.support@gmail.com.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy describes the practices of the ToastyCraft community operator for services at toastycraft.com, including ToastyCraft Forums, the external storefront, and related Minecraft community support. Contact the operator at toastycraft.support@gmail.com.
Google, Discord, Tebex, Minecraft/Microsoft, and third-party voting sites operate their own services under their own privacy policies. Their independent handling of information is separate from this policy.
2. Information collected
- Forum accounts: username, email address, password hash for email-and-password accounts, profile details you provide, avatar, preferences, account activity, and linked sign-in identifiers.
- Community content: discussions, replies, reactions, reports, support requests, and information you choose to share with the team. Public posts and profile details may be accessible to other visitors and search engines once the forums are public.
- Minecraft and moderation: player names, UUIDs, relevant gameplay or connection records, punishments, reasons, dates, and appeal information used to operate and protect the community. The Bans page displays selected punishment records; private administrative information is not intended for public display.
- Store activity: the Minecraft username used for purchases, basket identifiers and contents, discount or gift-card codes you submit, and purchase or rank information needed to display entitlements and deliver packages. Tebex collects checkout and payment information under its own policy.
- Technical information: IP address, browser/device information, requested pages, timestamps, errors, session identifiers, and security logs generated when services are used.
Do not post passwords, payment details, private messages, or other sensitive personal information in public discussions.
3. Google and Discord sign-in
You can choose email-and-password registration instead of linking a provider. If you choose Sign in with Google, ToastyCraft Forums receives basic identity information authorized by you, such as your Google account identifier, email address and verification status, name, and profile picture. Discord sign-in similarly uses your Discord identifier, username, email/verification information, and avatar.
This information is used to authenticate you, create or connect your forum account, populate supported profile fields, and maintain the connection between your accounts. Basic profile information and linked-provider identifiers are stored with your forum account as needed for those functions. Authorization codes and tokens are processed by the server to complete authentication. Provider passwords are entered with the provider, not given to ToastyCraft.
The current Google login integration does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Calendar, or Contacts. Forum usernames and avatars can be public; account email addresses are not displayed as part of the public profile unless you publish them yourself.
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. ToastyCraft's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Provider linking does not currently link your forum account to your in-game Minecraft identity. Any future Minecraft linking feature will have its own explanation and authorization flow.
4. How information is used and shared
Information is used to run the services, authenticate accounts, send verification and recovery emails, deliver requested notifications, process support requests, fulfill store packages, display rank ownership, moderate community activity, investigate abuse, maintain backups, and diagnose service problems.
Access is limited to the operator, authorized staff, and service providers as needed for their functions. For example, hosting infrastructure processes service data; Google/Gmail handles outgoing forum email; Google and Discord handle the login options you select; and Tebex handles baskets, checkout, billing, and purchase fulfillment. Public posts, usernames, avatars, and selected punishment records are visible according to the relevant service's access settings.
Google sign-in data is shared only as needed for the disclosed account/authentication functions, your instructions, security, or legal obligations consistent with Google's policies. Human access is limited to what is necessary for support you request, security/abuse investigation, or legal obligations.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to meet a legal obligation, protect rights and safety, or investigate misuse. This policy does not authorize selling Google user data or using it for unrelated advertising.
6. Your choices and requests
You can edit supported profile fields and notification preferences in forum settings. To disconnect a sign-in provider, use the available connected-account controls or contact support. Keep another working sign-in method before disconnecting your only login method.
You can revoke Google access in your Google account connections and Discord access under Discord's Authorized Apps settings. Revoking provider access does not automatically delete the forum account or existing posts.
To request access, correction, export, account deletion, or removal of personal information, email toastycraft.support@gmail.com. The team may ask for information needed to verify that the request concerns your account. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. Posts may be removed or anonymized where appropriate; some content or records may need to remain for discussion continuity, safety, legal obligations, or dispute handling. Explain any particular post or personal information you want reviewed.
For payment data held by Tebex, contact Tebex customer support. ToastyCraft can help with related server fulfillment questions.
7. Retention and security
Account and linked-login information is retained while needed to provide the account and requested services. Community posts, moderation records, security logs, support records, and transaction-related information may have different retention needs, including abuse prevention, disputes, and legal obligations. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized where appropriate. Backup copies can remain until their normal rotation or deletion; restored data must remain subject to applicable deletion requests.
Reasonable safeguards include HTTPS, restricted administrative access, hashed forum passwords, private server configuration, and backups. No system can guarantee complete security. Choose a unique password, protect your linked accounts, and notify support about suspected unauthorized access.
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their policies describe their own infrastructure and safeguards.
8. Younger users
Forum accounts and community account features are intended for people aged 13 or older, or the higher minimum age required where they live. ToastyCraft does not knowingly collect account information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through these services, contact support so it can be reviewed and removed where required. Google, Discord, and Tebex have their own age and eligibility requirements.
9. Policy changes
Updates will be published on this page with a revised date. Material changes will be brought to users' attention through an appropriate website or forum notice. New uses of Google user data will require any notice or consent required by Google's policies and applicable law.
